Framed by 149th Street to the East, 170th Street to the West, and the North Saskatchewan River, this area is full of intrigue. Close to Country Clubs, Golf Courses, Schools, Shopping areas, restaurants, and affordable houses that were built in the 1960’s. The neighbourhoods are also very close to the Misericordia Hospital, which is one of Edmonton’s largest hospitals.
